Overview

Beloved Concepts runs on a batch model rather than a conventional cart: there is always an open batch, customers pre-order inside its window to share shipping, and out-of-batch orders route to dedicated sourcing. The interesting problem is lifecycle — a batch moves from open, to processing, to bulk shipping, to arrival, to individual delivery, and every customer in it needs to see exactly where their own order sits.
