Deltechverse is a small senior team that designs and builds software, then keeps shipping it. Design and engineering are one practice here, not two departments that hand work across a wall.

We run two kinds of work side by side: client projects, and our own products. The client work funds the products; the products keep us honest about the client work. When we hand you a tool, it is usually one we depend on ourselves.

We would rather tell you a project is outside what we do well than take it and learn that in month three. If we are not the right team for something, we will say so early.
